At the heart of the songstress’ music is the desire to lend a helping hand to the poor and the less fortunate. Clauds has up to now assisted (in her own small way) a number of people (amongst other things) to further their studies until completion and securing a better future for themselves. It is for this reason that Clauds officially launched the “Shango Lashu Foundation” in June 2020.

• The main aim of the foundation is to assist families that are unable to feed themselves with food parcels, especially at this time where there are Covid-19 challenges. During the launch the foundation managed to provide food parcels to over 15 families at a township around Polokwane.  

• The second aim of the foundation is to find ways to reach-out and encourage people who are suffering some kind of mental illness such as depression and anxiety. Clauds has started online talk shows called AVID SOUL where she hosts professional counsellors, psychologists to address issues relating to mental health.

• As a third purpose of the foundation, Clauds will continue to assist  potential students, who don’t have the capacity to further their studies, with the necessary financial aid. 

• The Shango Lashu Foundation has proudly adopted Raluombe Secondary School, located in the heart of Ha-Mashamba village in 2024. This initiative aims to transform the school’s infrastructure and academic performance, ensuring a brighter future for its students. Through targeted investments in classroom renovations, learning materials, and teacher support programs, the foundation is committed to creating a nurturing environment where learners can thrive. By working closely with the local community, the foundation seeks to empower the school as a beacon of education and opportunity in the region.
